Returns & Exchanges
- If the product that was shipped is defective, you must contact
us within 10 days of receipt. If for any reason you wish to return
your purchase, contact us within 20 days of purchase.
- All returned items must have an RMA (Return Material
Authorization) number. Any products sent to us without an RMA
number will be refused.
- All returns/exchanges must be in original packing and unused.
Credit will be issued only after inspection.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable
- software
- parts
- cables
- labels, ribbons, printheads, and all other consumables
Restock Fee's
- Never charged on DOA (dead on arrival) products or exchanges.
- 15-25% fee on all returned products. (varies according to
manufacturer - please inquire)
